These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the WeApplyKazi platform, including our website, AI-powered career tools, services and Career Marketplace. By using WeApplyKazi you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Description
WeApplyKazi provides AI-assisted career tools (such as the Career Scanner, CV Checker and Salary Analyzer), professional career services, and digital career resources. Features may change or be improved over time.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, keep your account credentials secure, and not misuse, copy or resell our content, tools or resources.
4. Payment Terms
Paid services and Career Marketplace products are priced in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). Prices are displayed at the point of purchase. Access to paid items is granted after successful payment.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of many products, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a service has not been delivered or a digital product is faulty, contact us and we will work to make it right.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, templates, frameworks and resources provided by WeApplyKazi remain our intellectual property. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeApplyKazi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. AI outputs are recommendations only.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store and use your information.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
